Within our parent company, Artisan Creative & Media Agency, we have been hosting 3 internal podcasts and after a few years of doing so, we realized we could streamline the process not only for our founder and host, we could do so for other folks who wanted to have their own podcast!!
And we like to offer the full enchilada because we know you are busy, life moves quickly, and there are just so many hours in the day. So, when we say full-service, we truly mean it. We'll meet to chat about your overall brand and podcast dreams and from there, we'll build you a sweet podcast webpage with single episode pages as well. Social media graphics are also part of the deal!

You're going to love thise
COPYWRITING
You won't need to write a thing! Our team will take care of all the copywriting for the website pages pertaining to your podcast, social media posts, and podcast show notes. Including all emails out to guests to curate an interview list!
EPISODE POST PRODUCTION
We'll post-produce each podcast episode to make it shiny and bright! Then we'll publish to most all of the streaming platforms, your website, and create waave graphics to share on social media! Your audio reach will be far and wide!

1. Podcast Landing Page
We will build out your very own podcast page, adding either to an existing website or building a brand new landing page to be the central place for people to find you!
2. Single Podcast Episode Page
Each podcast episode will be linked out to its own page, complete with the embedded episode and show notes.
3. Podcast Pre-Interview Question Page
We’ll create a pre-interview questionnaire that we’ll send to guests ahead of time to gather all the information you’ll need about your podcast guests before the interview! That way you'll never be caught off gaurd!
4. Calendly Set-Up
We’ll work with you on your schedule, Building a timeline for the interviews. We’ll create a Calendly calendar that we’ll send out to guests, and we’ll manage all bookings and correspondence.
5. Calendly Automations
Whatever automations you would like (we like to include the Zoom link for the interview, email reminders, and maybe a fun GIF), we’ll send them out when someone books an interview slot with you!
1. Podcast Show Notes
For every episode, we will write the show notes, describing the episode and giving your audience a quick glance at the gems they will hear in the episode. We have a maximum of 400 words per episode.
2. IG Posts
We also write the Instagram copy for 2 social media posts, per episode, along with all the hashtags!
3. Website Copy
And of course, we also write all of the copy for your website podcast landing page and individual podcast pages. A maximum of 1000 words for both!
4. Calendly Automation Emails
Yup, we do these too. Any automation emails you would like delivered to your guests, we’ll write those up, while monitoring and responding to any responses or questions.

1. We will create 2 social media graphics per episode and post to instagram (or one other social media platform).
2. We will create 1 waave audio graphic per episode and post to Instagram or 1 social media platform of your choice.
3. We schedule each podcast episode to most all streaming platforms, specific to what you desire your podcast release schedule to be!
PODCAST INTERVIEWS
1. CURATE INTERVIEW LIST
We will help to curate your podcast guest list and reach out to all potential podcast guests, coordinating information and schedules.
2. CONFIRM INTERVIEWS
We will confirm the information received from the pre-interview questionnaire, gather all information from guests to input into Airtable, and we will confirm all interview appointments 4 days before the podcast interview.
AIRTABLE CREATION
1. AIRTABLE creation
We will create an Airtable (an online spreadsheet) for all information to be housed and for easy access for you and anyone on your team that you wish to share it with.
